I love the workout I get with these shoes. They are not, as another reviewer posted, regular sneakers. They have the rounded sole and in order to get the most from your workout, you must watch the DVD that comes with the shoes which explains how to step in order to maximize your workout. It's a rolling motion from heel to toe and if you follow the directions, you will notice a huge difference in your workout. Powerwalking takes on whole new meaning in these shoes!

The vendor was excellent about the time I recieved the product. It came unexpectantly early. I love the shoes! I work as a nurse and I am on my feet 12 hours a day. When I wear other shoes I can feel the difference. I do recommend this product highly.

I bought these shoes to wear at work ( I am a Labor & Delivery nurse) and I walk alot. I want to get the most benefit from the amount of walking that I do. These shoes are very comfortable and I do feel my muscles working in my legs when I am wearing them. I am on my feet for 12 hours at a time and my feet still feel great at the end of the shift. I would recommend them to anyone, regardless of whether you walk a little or a lot.

I absolutely love my new Skechers Women's Jump Start Fitness Walking Shoe. I was a little skeptical about ordering them, but I'm so glad I did because they are so comfortable. I usually like an all white sneaker, but since they weren't available I chose the white/blue. They also have a little silver and glitter on them, which makes them even more adorable.
I wear them everywhere I usually wear sneakers and have received a lot of compliments. I'm always asked if they are comfortable and if I feel like I'm getting a workout when I wear them and of course I tell them how much I love them and "yes" I do feel like I've been exercising.
I can tell a difference in my legs and butt since I've started wearing them. My legs are looking a little more toned and my butt feels firmer.
If you want a really good sneaker that's not only attractive, but also helps tone you up...then this is the sneaker for you.
When I wear these out, I will be buying another pair!!

I wear a size 11 and they fit like a glove!! (I was scared because other reviews said they were too small.....and I normally have big feet) They make me feel like I'm walking on squishy clouds....after I walk or stand for a long time my feet don't hurt like they do with other shoes.....I can exercise with them, shop, or just go for a walk!! Only thing you have to get used to is being a little taller than normal, and at first I was dragging my feet because they are bigger/heavier than traditional sneakers....but you get used to them :o)
