I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised to receive them the next day. I use them to exercise, walk in the park and at work and you really get a work out when you use them, I would really recommend them. The first few days you will feel achy and sore and probably should use them gradually, I wore them to work and I work a 12hr shift, so it was alittle too much at first, but I use them now without a problem now

I received these shoes as a gift. I love them. They are so comfy. As I am a "gym rat" this gift was especially thoughtful! I will get to supplement workouts just walking around. I have yet to watch the video that came with the shoes, but will soon. Hey, it's my first pair of shoes that comes with instructions! I have my ipod pouch laced into these already, and want to break them in at the gym also.

They are everything they claim to be! I wear them everywhere. My back no longer hurts - my posture is much better. It's still too early to tell whether they're really toning my leg muscles. They are true to length, but next time I'm getting a width wider. They are fun to walk in. I notice that I walk differently, now, when I'm barefoot. I'm saving up for a pair of dress-up, too, because I much prefer these shoes to any other I have ever worn. The only thing I don't like about these shoes is that they are so expensive. But, I guess, you get what you pay for.

Best shoe I've ever worn. Recommend to anyone with foot or back problems and are on their feet alot. Actually I recommend to anyone that wants a workout but has no time to take the time out of their schedule for one. I'm replacing my shoes with the shape up sketchers because they are the best shoe ever. Should have been invented many years ago would have saved alot of people on have feet and back problems

I was skeptical that a shoe could give me a workout, but I'm a believer after owning this pair for about a month! Love them but can't wear all day...need to work up to that! If you are hardcore with your workouts, you should be able to wear all day.
